Dear  MARLENE  DENIS,

              The Foundation and Cultural Organization International Academy Orient-Occident (Curtea de Argeş, Romania) has the honour of inviting you to take part as a guest in the 23^nd edition of the International Festival “Curtea de Argeş Poetry Nights”, July 10-16, 2019, wich will be attended, as every year, poets from over 35 countries (Curtea de Argeş was the capital of Wallachia in the 13^th-16^th century).

Meals and accommodation will be on the organizers’ account; transport to Bucharest and back will be on the account of your or your institution. You are expected to arrive to Bucharest  (at Henri Coanda airport on 10^th  of July 2019 (strictly 08,00 - 18,00 hrs.).

On the occasion of the Festival, the Academy will award the following prizes: 1. Wallachia Prize (for Translations); 2. Balkan Grand Prize (for Poetry); 3. The Grand European Prize (for Poetry); 4. Orient-Occident Grand Prize (for Arts); 5. The National Grand Prize (for Literature); 6. The World Grand Prize (for Poetry); 7.The  title: Member of International Academy Orient-Occident.

If your answer is affirmative, please send us until  03 03. 2019, at the latest, 2 poems (the theme is free) in  English or Spanish or French, together with a short bio-bibliography and a color picture in order to be included in the Anthology we are going to publish and release it on the occasion of the Festival.
